Hello! My name is Thomas. I have been doing home renovations for the past 7 years. Throughout my construction experience I have managed high-end home renovations, I have flipped two homes, and I have tilled numerous high-end bathrooms. More recently, I’m pursuing my helicopter pilot ratings and am doing bathroom renovations on the side.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer a flat rate referral discount of $250.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After providing a free estimate through Quickbooks, a date will be arranged to begin work provided the costumer accepts the quote. No prior payment is necessary for jobs where material cost is below $3000. If unforeseen repairs and work items are added to the scope of the job, I will discuss and agree upon a change order with the customer. At the completion of the job, I will perform a walk through with the client, insuring that they are satisfied with the job and that it is completed according to the scope of work outlined in the estimate. After this, I will send an invoice through quickbooks detailing the work completed. The customer has the ability to pay with a credit card or PayPal through quickbooks or by check or cash.
