Sparkle cleans for me every other week and has been for a year now. I have the same cleaner every time and she does things just as I have requested. Also, she is always here right on schedule. Sparkle Cleaning is a good choice for cleaning services.

The job itself warranted three stars but not getting a response about issues that came up means 1 star. The person that did the cleaning and the one creating the bids are two different people and there were a lot of miscommunications. Windows were a part of the bid and then I was told they were extra. It was a deep cleaning but she said they don't move furniture. There were also a lot of areas missed that we have had to complete. Again, I have given Sparkle Cleaning several weeks to get back to me and they haven't.

We never received a phone call from Ryan with a complaint and called him to respond to his Thumbtack complaint, but did not receive an answer back. The home had been given a job well done for nearly 8 hours of work for less than $150, for a sq ft that should have been 4 hours or less. If Laura would have stayed longer there would have been a heavy cleaning fee. There were unfortunately some services our company does not provide such as mattress and upholstery cleaning or moving furniture. We were not notified it was a heavy clean and Ryan told Laura everything looked great before she left. Also, without being able to go back and fix within 24 hours after the cleaning there was nothing we could do, but id we had there would have been a heavy cleaning fee added.
