Ethan has been my personal trainer for a few weeks now and has been great. He's listens to what parts of your body you want to work on, and always has exercises that will strengthen those areas. He's always on time, patient, pushes you when you need to be pushed, positive and cares about your personal fitness success. Great trainer!! I would recommend him to all of my friends!

Jason is SERIOUS about establishing and achieving fitness goals, developing an exercise regimen to reach your maximum potential and improving flexibility and balance early on to prevent injuries or a plateau in progress. I opted for 5 personal trainer sessions to begin formal conditioning then transition to his12 week program. I have already completed 1 session and I am hooked! For perspective purposes, I am a 5'2" 102lb 35 year old female with prior military experience looking to regain muscle tone/mass and weight range of 112-117lbs. I included a pic from 11/11/16 for reference. Jason's services are reasonably priced and sessions are easily arranged to accommodate the busiest schedules. I am confident I made a solid decision to place my fitness aspirations in his hands.

I am lucky to have found Leslie! Being a personal trainer myself, I was looking for someone who is knowledgeable (someone I could learn from) and she has been extremely helpful, accommodating, motivating. I have learned a ton and have noticed a big improvement in myself and my training. The workouts are always tough, but fun! I've learned many new movements from Leslie and enjoy torturing my own clients with them :) Thanks Leslie!

I have been working with Tommy for a little over a year, 10 months in person and 4 months using his online platform. I loved working with him in person because not only did I see results in how much I could lift be he also educated me as to why we were doing specific exercises and what they were for. Because he took the time to explain everything while we were working out I am succeeding using is online platform as well. I know exactly what muscles are working so I understand how my form should be and I'm seeing results on my own. On days when I don't have a workout scheduled, because of the knowledge I've gained from beast fitness, I can creat my own workout targeting my weaknesses. If you are in the market for a personal trainer I would definitely recommend beast fitness because not only will you get results but you'll gain knowledge that will stay with you long after you start training on your own.

Victoria is an excellent personal trainer, she is serious and exciting about getting you in shape. I work out 3 or 4 times a week and I thought I was doing it right, but I wasn't and in my first 5 minutes of my first session, I was sweating, dripping with sweat and I realized that when you exercise correctly you will get results. I am sore!!!!!

De'Von is a fantastic personal trainer. He knows how to make you work at the sweet spot of tougher than I would push myself but not so hard that you are out of your depth. He is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and keeps me accountable on my meals as well. I have worked with several trainers over the years and De'Von is far and away the best.

I love Erin!!! She is seriously the greatest, sweetest, most fun trainer out there. This is my first time getting personal training and Erin really planned out workouts that best fit me. I love that she is always available to answer my questions, and to sit down with me to workout things like meal plans and grocery lists. I didn't get a personal trainer to actually lost pounds (though that was a plus), I did it because I just wanted to be more educated on different workouts for different body parts so that I can eventually do them on my own. I also have a super bad back arch, but Erin always modified workouts so it wouldn't be affected. I seriously loved my time with Erin!! She's the best!!

Dave is an awesome personal trainer. He is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals, which includes pushing you to follow an appropriate nutritional plan. Dave is very knowledgeable about the science behind fitness, and his workout plans are appropriately planned and will leave you feel accomplished after each session (even though they are exhausting!). I was very hesitant to get a personal trainer at first, but Dave has made it an awesome experience. My goal has been to put on mass, and through a few months of training with him, I now weigh the most I've weighed in my life and am the strongest I've ever been. We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!

The day I walked into matts camp , was the day after I had decided to quit attending CG. When I first started CG I was saddened when all the people around me were so motivated and happy . I lacked motivations and I felt like I didn't even want to attend . I actually felt like I didn't belong . I had a very hard time and was so frustrated at first . I'm so glad that I decided to give it one more shot and look for another location and another trainer . After attending camp with 3 trainers I was so happy and satisfied with Mathews camp !! He was so motivating and welcoming on my first day . I was actullay looking forward to attending Camp after that . The stretches he has us do are so what I need!! I am 45 years old and I need more than a couple of stretches and a warm up lap . I like the variety of excersizes i do and his ability to motivate, challange me and some how still keeps it fun! I'm happy with CG , and I'm so happy with Matt as my trainer !!!
