Tina is hands down one of the best trainers I’ve had the opportunity to work with. She changed me physically and emotionally. She taught me, not only how to work out every muscle group correctly, but she also taught me how important it is to eat good and healthy food to fuel my body correctly. Her enthusiasm and love for what she does showed in every workout we had together. I looked forward to each workout and couldn’t wait to see how she would challenge me next. Within a couple months I saw the results of our hard work. My body was changing and I was stronger and healthier. I can’t express how much Tina changed my life. When I 1st met Tina in March of 2018 I was in awe of the energy she brought when she walked in the room. Her aura surrounded her and filled the spin room with such overwhelming positive energy there was no way to feel anything but energized and positively charged. Tina has a nurturing way to bring out the absolute best in everyone pushing them to their best performance without calling anyone out or making them feel less than!! Her personal attention to details and willingness to spend time and go beyond the call of just being a fitness instructor sets her apart from anyone I have ever met before. In November I insisted that my husband try a Tina soon class with me. After one class he was hooked as well. Together we hit the gym with Tina in Spin, strength, and cardio conditioning classes. Each of us has lost over 35lbs and feel the best we have in our lives. Tina has indirectly affected other lives as well, as friends and family members seeing our results have begun fitness regimes of their own. It is sad for us that Tina recently moved out of state to begin the next chapter of her life. However we are happy for her knowing that she will continue to positively influence lives, as she has for us. Tina is excellent. She listened to me and modified exercises to make sure my needs were met. She asked the right questions and designed work out to help me achieve the results I was most interested in. She was very quick on responding! Tina is a dynamic human being, who brings an electric energy as soon as she enters a room. She is truly a unique individual that will feed and nurture your mind , body & spirit. Tina will tailor your workout to your needs, she is not a drill Sargent nor will she let you take the easy path. She will push you and challenge you to get the best out of you. When I first started with Tina I could barely walk. See, I had a heart transplant year before I meet her. Spent that year learning how to walk again. Tina pushed me very hard to get my strength back. With in three months I was climbing stairs and walking with Know problem. She worked on my balance ALOT, so I can get back to the game I love. ( GOLF ) Two months later I was playing twice a week. I can’t say enough about Tina, she changed my life. Not to mention she’s also was my therapist. Love her much❤️Oct 15, 2019

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I work with my clients to set fitness goals. Then I design a personalized training program and a nutritional guideline. Depending on budget and our mutual schedules, we would set up place and times to meet so we can move forward towards achieving those goals together.
