We had a front door changed and storm door put on. The work was done very well, their communication skills are excellent, their work ethic was awesome and their pricing was very reasonable. We have three to four other projects that we are wanting done and we definitely will have no problem with hiring them again.

I was really excited about the doors Maury and Melissa were going to custom make and install for us. They had all 5 star reviews on this site, so I felt like I had found a hidden gem. Our doors got delayed time after time - first from the weather and then from a cascading series of family issues. I tried to be patient and understanding. After 7 weeks of last-minute set-backs and avoidant communication, I finally got to see the first pictures of my doors - hours before they were supposed to be installed. They were a disappointment. Three weeks later, we still hadn't received the refund they told us they had mailed. The good news is that we did eventually get a refund in person. I really hate leaving a bad review, but I just don't feel right in my heart about how this job was handled.
