- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process of work at Digital Catalyst can be categorized into 4 parts: Understanding the brief: This is where you, as a client, tell us your requirements. We consider this part of our process to be crucial because we are very particular about meeting those requirements. The audit: Before we start working, we make sure to do an audit to understand your current situation, which is your online presence. This analysis has always helped us come up with better strategies. Discuss the findings: This is the part where we disclose the findings of your online presence analysis, suggest strategies and put up a very reasonable proposal. Real-time reporting: Here’s where our domain experts step in and kickstart the work. We’ll then give you access to our project management tool, where you can track the progress and have real-time visibility of what’s going on.
