I am working for the buyer. I want the buyer of the property to know what the condition of the dwelling is in. I promote the real estate industry and the agents that work in this field..My job is to do a hard inspection so all parties involved know, in my professional option, what condition the property is like at the time of the inspection.. I like for the buyer to be there is at all possible and will try to schedule the inspection time for just that. I don't know if I am the least expensive but I know I am not the most expensive. I do not set my price just on sq ft. I have had 1500 sq ft home take as much time as a 2500 sq ft home. I will gather as much information from you as possible about the property and then give you a quote.
