I booked the appointment online and gave all the details to what I wanted done. Then I scheduled for Sunday at 11am and it was confirmed. Then Mrs Clean contacted me and asked what I needed done. So I told her everything again by text. She said OK Saturday at 12. I said I thought it was Sunday at 11 she said OK yes. Then I said OK well Saturday is OK at 12 see you then, she did not respond at all. So then on Saturday at 10am I sent her a message to confirm Saturday then she was sorry i thought it was Sunday. I was like OK Sunday at 12 is OK even though my phone told me she read the message about Saturday at noon. Sunday morning I received a text at 6 am that she had a car issue and she will let me know by 10 am if she can make it. I texted her that I was sorry about her car but I really hope she can make it because I came from out of town to be here with my mom for the appointment. Not one response and again my phone told me she read it. 10 am came no response to if she can make it or not. I texted her about 10:20 am to check no response, and my phone showed she read it. Shortly after I texted her again and said well I hope it works out with her car but at this point I do not expect you to come. My phone told me she read it. STILL no response not one word. I said all this to say she is very unprofessional she did not even ask if I wanted to reschedule another day or anything. This is rude and she does not know how to run a business. I would never recommend her at all this shows she is not Trustworthy. She should be pulled from this site if she is supposed to be a representative for a company this is not a good representation
