- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer by phone to get an idea of the job. Travel to the site to take measurements and show samples. Give an estimate on the entire job excluding the prep on subfloor (if a floor currently exist). Customer will pay for the material up front. The labor cost will be handled upon completion of the job.
