As a result, he created an incentive for those who decide to enroll within a day of discussing the program. The Career and Leadership Accelerator Program™ is a six-month program focused on helping individual contributor engineers to transition into their first leadership roles. Similar to the Career Accelerator Program™, what Luke found is those that who are excited and committed to progressing their careers, they take this momentum and dive in quickly to getting results. As a result, he created an incentive for those who decide to enroll within a day of discussing the program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Details can be found on the website and the program overview brochures located there. Here is a general overview of the work process: 1. Everyone’s needs and interests are different, so the program will be catered to your individual needs. 2. We will explore details about your background and career interests together. 3. Map out a career blueprint. 4. Develop career and leadership skills using the online videos and tools. 5. Make you marketable external to your company, by optimizing your resume and online career profiles with the key components that recruiters and companies are looking for, to get you recognized and in front of peers so recruiters and companies are reaching out to you from the online job sites. 5. Target direct job applications. 6. Send your resume to Luke’s recruiter network. 7. Develop strategies for the conversations with recruiters and companies as they reach out to you. 8. Prepare for interviews together. 9. Maximize your pay by managing through the softer parts of HR negotiation together. 10. Ensure you have a successful start in a new role and are recognized as a top performer, to continue accelerating your career going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Luke is an engineer by degree, and has been coaching others through his leadership roles in industry since 2011. He’s managed hundreds of people and following the London Business School Executive Education is now poised to move into an executive role in his mid 30’s. He formally started this career coaching side business in 2016. He takes all of the experience that he’s collected over the years and condenses it into his career and leadership coaching programs to help them gain an edge in their careers.
