The Clearness Committee readings with SSC have been exercises in grounding for me. Meaning: my thoughts can - at times - spin me out of my body, and the current moment, taking me on anxiety trips of the unknown. My sessions have included a series of relevant questions that help bring me back into the reality of my situation, versus cycles of counterproductive worrying about things that haven't even happened. My sessions have also helped move through stale beliefs that create undesirable cycles in relationships (w/ family, friends and men). If that's not enough, I've also walked away from sessions with ideas for creative/professional ventures spun, written and audio options for referencing my sessions, new focal points moving forward and outside reference materials. The content addressed and energy moved in my sessions is so raw that I reference my session notes bit-by-bit. SSC has a practice that has provided technical tools for my betterment. The only thing that could have made it better would be if I could get to her; but, I just appreciate the benefit of a video session option.

I was at a crossroads in my career. I had an opportunity in Texas and California. Both options were very appealing and would enhance my career path. I met with Dr. Sekou for a clearness session and walked away knowing what I desired in my next job. Dr. Sekou was very empathic and allowed me to be totally honest about my past experiences and present opportunities. She helped me to explore my strengths which is something I do not normally focus on. As of today, I am in Texas and loving my job. Thanks to Dr. Sekou, I was able to make the right decision for me.
