Many clients pay for much more than they need or want because full representation is the default model. I draft and review legal documents for clients and give them instructions on how to represent themselves. I do all of this online so the client has convenient access to an attorney without having to pay for what they don't need. The simplist way to express the entire experience. I felt safe. Never like someone who might be a mark for just another reason to grab some income. Rather, a personal and situational sense of being led to the point, without a bunch of non-layman legalese, with all pertinent information as I needed it. Compared to two previous experiences with lawyers, Beckham seemed like a trusted friend yet more knowledgeable that the others although they seemed to work at "acting" important. Beckham's professionalism showed in the simple but amazingly happy results. I started out confused but as with all highly intelligent people Beckham helped me understand some complex issues in a way I could grasp. I feel that particular ability was something she had that was a quality rare in many attorneys available today. A standout to say the least!

Our prices are flat fees and we do accept payment plans.

I start with an initial consultation to make sure this is the kind of case appropriate for limited scope representation. All other communications are through a secure client portal.

I went to the University of Texas for my B.A. in psychology and my law degree. I have been practicing for 13 years in litigation.
