He improved my 40yd dash from 4.72 to 4.41, with speed and strength drills that are second to none. Regardless of your sport or profession his knowledge is on point. Coach Jackson helped me to obtain all American status in college while also being in top shape playing in Europe. I would not put my physical conditioning in another coaches hands. Will has always done a great job of breaking down the exercises/routine and providing clear instruction on form, how to maximize results and more importantly, safety. I was a novice so it was really important to find someone who pushes you but was still cognizant of form. I've been training with him for 4+ months starting out 3x/week and increased it to 4x. I would absolutely recommend him to any potential client.
I was given a free workout and was worked incredibly efficiently and to the point of proper muscular exhaustion. I am not new to athletics or working out, but I was missing that umph a professional trainer has to offer.

Extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. Roger gives you all the tools and advice to be successful with your health and diet. In the end, I had to hold myself accountable for my own health but Roger was an incredible teacher and motivator along the way.
Best decision I've made for myself!!! I've had trainers before but non compare to Yashron. From the very first meeting I was impressed by his attitude towards fitness and health. Some trainers only concentrate on workouts and they're very generic. Yashron's workouts are never that! He takes time to ensure proper form, and makes every move beneficial. Every workout leaves me feeling stronger and amazed by what my body can do. He has taught me about making better food selections and is always a text or call away when I've had questions. I don't know of any other trainer who does that!! He genuinely cares for his clients and their health. In the short time we've been working together, I've received many compliments and look forward to hitting my goal. I've never really thought it possible to meet my goal, but with Yashron's help, I know I'm going to make it this time and in a healthy way. I have been working with Jon for the past month and have seen the gains that have come on while working with him. Just in the past month alone I have gotten compliments on my physique and have felt great about that. Not only that but its backed up by objective measures as well. Jon takes measurements and we have seen increases in my muscle growth as well as decreases in body fat content. He understands what I want for my physical health and has come up with a great plan for me to reach that goal.
I met Esteban on IG. I was inspired by his hard work & his training. I reached out to him because I wasn't happy with my results from nutrition & the gym. I didn't have no direction. We ended up meeting at Blast gym here in San Antonio & boy oh boy was I in for a surprise. He pushed me & I definitely felt the burn. I loved it. We got done, sat down, talked about budget, a nutrition plan, my goals and workouts. I was immediately sold. His training is amazing!!! I've received amazing results & I'm very happy with him as my trainer. I remember I went out one night & I was getting so many compliments on how toned and lean I looked. I even got a compliment if I was a personal trainer. I texted Esteban real fast and couldn't thank him enough. Even though he's moved to Houston, I'm continuing with his training. I'm doing it online but I wish I had that one on one push. The push to tell me to "do two more sets, last set but to hold it (unexpectedly) or that I can do 5 more. How bad do I want it?" I highly recommend him as your trainer.

When you decide to make a change, Tonya Sampson " my trainer", is only part of her label. She becomes your brand and that's the only way I can describe her. She's your life coach, sounding board, friend, sister, and that person that sometimes at 530 am has sunshine coming out of her bum and you want to punch but instead hug!! Because she's there for you!! She's changed my life to say the least. She always thinks of things that could motivate me, make me laugh when I want to cry, and just be a better person, not just physically but as a human being! It's not about the check in/out hour session for her when she is with you. She's personally invested in you and a cheerleader the whole time, whether you ask for it or not. ;) So having her as your trainer isn't what you get if you work with her. She treats you like you are literally her only client, is flexible, and has your best interest at heart at all times. She's a huge blessing in my life and honesty if you can pick... who wants some meathead trainer that could care less about you when you can have her?
I have taken a number of yoga classes with Indigo Light. Joni was awesome, my back issues have cleared up, and I'm feeling much better. I will continue to use Indigo for yoga to maintain better health.
Chris has been amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. His approach to fitness as quality of life has been eye-opening to me. His initial consultation structure is very well-done and he is open to guiding you as to what is achievable and what is not. As to his style of training, Chris is a very approachable and kind (at times hilarious) person. He is not super hardcore in your face; he is really there to motivate you in a sustainable way. He truly cares about his clients and he has shown great respect for me and my family. I also love how he has a humorous side to him. He is without a doubt one of the best coaches/trainers I have had and I recommend him a thousand times over. I have been working out with him for over two months and have not looked back.
