Distrustful employee. My AC was not working on 2nd floor in my house, David from Air Specialist came into my house went directly into the attic and pulled the panel off the unit i thought could be the one controling 2nd floor ac. then he said your coils are leaking you can tell by the oil build up. I said let me turn the AC on to double check I did and the other unit kicked on he looked at me and said I thought u said it was this one. He then opened the 2nd unit and said the same exact thing @nd that he has to replace the coils and drip pan etc total cost around $3000.00 that sob didnt even check the a.c. outside I thought since I live in pearland why not give them my business he gave me a bill for $119.00 service trip charge... I was fummming at this point then I called a friend and he sent his guy the next day first thing he checked the unit outside with a electrical meter and said brb..came back with a capacitor $25.00part changed it and said we are done. OMG WTF I asked u dont have to go in the attic he said nope why? now that is honesty still working till this day...SERVICE TECH NAME FROM AIR SPECIALIST DAVID.
