Terry is very personable and a joy to work with. He's very knowledgeable and informative about his craft. Working out and staying healthy becomes less of a chore with him as your trainer. He created a realistic and effective meal plan for me as well. I'd recommend his lifestyle change services to anyone interested.
I have been training with Isreal for 6 months and I can most definitely say that I'm more than satisfied with the results. The Intense training has changed my body but more importantly my life. He improved my 40yd dash from 4.72 to 4.41, with speed and strength drills that are second to none. Regardless of your sport or profession his knowledge is on point. After jumping from one gym and trainer to the next i finally came across movement body. Ive always had a difficult time staying motivated but with movement fitness it was no trouble at all. I am currently working with Will. It has been about 3 weeks I have learned a lot I didn't know from building muscle as start to losing weight making it as a lifestyle instead of a temporary results. Doug has been an amazing mentor and coach. Under Doug's direction, he led over 35 HR professionals to achieve the following: 1. Successfully decentralized the HR support across the US in order to meet the needs of the operations groups across the US. 2. Developed and implemented the first succession plans for business leaders across the US. 3. Implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS for the US Region. This included data clean up for over 15,000 employees, eTraining, eRecruit, eFile, eComp. 4. New comp design and executive comp for the US These were just a few accomplishments that Doug led during the time I worked with him. His drive for excellence and moving the organization forward has been an inspiration to me. He often said "never get in the boat alone" and he made sure we were always supported. In leadership, it isn't about position but rather action. Doug put action to his vision and the results spoke for themselves.
Dwain is very knowledgeable about the body. He's very positive and that shows when you train with him. His energy helps you stay motivated. My husband and I train with him. In the first month we lost weight and gained muscle. Our energy at home has changed (more energy to do things) and we feel better about ourselves. We continue to workout with Dwain and we are still losing weight and gaining muscle and we have only been with him for 2 months! We couldn't be happier with the results we are seeing and we continue to be motivated to keep going, encause of our results. We have definitely made a lifestyle change, which is what it's all about if you want to reach your goal!

I have just started working out with Tony and I have to say it has been a very rigorous and fast-paced training so far! I really enjoy the fact that Tony is knowledgable, and is a skilled trainer. I also know I needed someone who was going to motivate and push me and Tony is doing that! For him it is about the substance of the training sessions meaning he is not just interested in running throught the session just for the sake of doing so.. he really takes his time to ensure you have the correct form, and are correctly completing all of your sets. I had not worked out in awhile, but now that I am again, I believe I made the right choice in choosing Tony as my trainer and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get into shape and live a healthier lifestyle!
The 1st step is realizing you need help to lose weight. Cres will encourage and use the tools available to motivate you on your weight loss journey. She pays attention to detail in your sessions in order to help you identify the problem areas that have kept you from achieving your goal. She will then systematically work with you to conquer those hurdles and lose the weight. It would be beneficial to have her in your corner.
When you decide to make a change, Tonya Sampson " my trainer", is only part of her label. She becomes your brand and that's the only way I can describe her. She's your life coach, sounding board, friend, sister, and that person that sometimes at 530 am has sunshine coming out of her bum and you want to punch but instead hug!! Because she's there for you!! She's changed my life to say the least. She always thinks of things that could motivate me, make me laugh when I want to cry, and just be a better person, not just physically but as a human being! It's not about the check in/out hour session for her when she is with you. She's personally invested in you and a cheerleader the whole time, whether you ask for it or not. ;) So having her as your trainer isn't what you get if you work with her. She treats you like you are literally her only client, is flexible, and has your best interest at heart at all times. She's a huge blessing in my life and honesty if you can pick... who wants some meathead trainer that could care less about you when you can have her?

Lesa is simply amazing! I've been working with Lesa since February and she has really helped me transform my life. When she came into my life by chance on a random encounter; I was not searching for a life coach and certainly didn't think I needed one until we started chatting. That's all she wrote for me! I was Wowed by how easy Lesa was to talk to and how when I spoke I knew she was listening to me with her whole heart and mind. I feel like Lesa brings a really unique aspect to this whole Life Coaching thing. She's definitely doesn't make our meetings feel like a therapy session or a dreaded appointment to talk about stuff. She's full of love, spunk, light, great listener and a strategic planner that has helped guide and assist me in tackling some of the issues I was having in an efficient and conscious manner. What I practice is concierge integrative medicine which involves the integration of nutritional medicine and holistic health coaching with concierge primary care medicine. Nutritional medicine, which involves the use of dietary modification strategies and nutraceutical supplements to decrease chronic disease and reduce pharmaceutical use. Holistic health coaching is based on my health manual, "The Algorithm of Six", which involves addressing the six common drivers of chronic disease which include: nutrition (most important, ranging from micronutrient deficiences to food toxicities, allergies, and intolerances) exercise (usually the lack of it, along with prolonged inactivity) sleep (typically insomnia or sleep apnea) stress management (inability to manage stress and/or self-destructive ways of managing stress) isolation (social, familial, spiritual) environmental toxicities (air,, water, food, home, workplace) To the degree all these factors are corrected, the body will fix itself and reduce or eliminate chronic disease.
