I love helping to change people's lives the way yoga changed my own life. When we are able to address the physical body, our emotional body, our mental body, the energy body and our spirit equally, w become a more centered and balanced human being.

I have been attending Sundance Yoga Studio for less than a year and already my body is better balanced. I have several issues and the incredible skill of the instructors has allowed me to be pain free most of the time. Valerie, the owner, has a wonderful gift in yoga therapy, which has kept my body aligned. The atmosphere in the studio is so warm, friendly and welcoming. The Yoga studio was a beautiful facility that was built with good energy and love from the owner (Ms Valerie)，who is a very experienced Yoga teacher. Students will enjoy attending the classes.
