I have been to a few of Pree's personal training sessions now and absolutely love it! The fact that he combines all aspects of personal health (diet, exercise, yoga and meditation) into one amazing workout is what I like most! I struggled at first but Pree kept pushing and gave me the confidence to keep going!
I posted on Thumbtack looking for a personal trainer, and Zach sent me a message asking if I would be interested in working out with him. We did a free trial session together and I have been using him ever since (almost 3 months). I recently got engaged this year, and I want to make sure that I look my best for the big day. I wanted to look more toned, be able to run a half marathon, and live a healthier lifestyle and be more active. I also have a history of asthma, so he made sure to watch out for that during our workouts. Zach set up a program customized for me and my goals, and then we went to work. I work out once a week with him, and do a variety of cardio, strength training, and balance exercises during our time together. He also writes out additional exercises to complete during the week as well, so I keep myself accountable. He is also very flexible on different workout times throughout the week, so if something comes up, we can change it easily to fit out schedules. When I started working out, I weighed between 150-145. I am down to 135 and have lost three inches around my waist, as well as other target areas. Zach has been a great personal trainer for me and I will continue to use him.

Following hip replacement surgery on February 2nd 2015, I contacted Steve to get my rehab going. I was going to Scottsdale, AZ for spring training and knew 24 Hour had several outlets there. At the time I was afraid I had spent too many $$, but instead it was a great investment and much more effective than my medical rehab. Steve had prior experience with hip replacement clients, but more relevant was his knowledge of physiology. I was not only dealing with the effects of the surgery, but of a year of inactivity leading up to the surgery. Steve helped get long dormant muscle groups working effectively. He was relentless in diagnosing where I was and inventive and patient at finding the right machine and weight to get dormant muscle groups reinvigorated. His efforts allowed my surgeon to "turn me loose" on June 4 instead of July 23 as planned. I played my first round of golf last week and was very pleased with my posture, swing and stamina.
I have been doing Laura's boot camp for almost 2 years now and love it! I am so much stronger with much more confidence & endurance. The groups are smaller than the chain bootcamps & she keeps a close eye on our form to avoid injury & maximize results. I have also received personal training from Laura and the sessions were always personalized, varied & easily modified for any issues I may have had. Laura is a positive, encouraging motivator who keeps the workouts new & interesting!
Foremost, I hate working out! But Tom and Nicole are extremely encouraging, and I looked forward to bootcamp each week. They made a custom plan for me when I needed alternate exercises and I started seeing results right away. I definitely recommend Tom and Nicole as personal trainers to help you achieve the best you.
I trained with Mike for nearly a year and a half. I've learned after many gym memberships and numerous personal trainers, exercise is a science just like many other disciplines, and what's most important is that the person you're hiring has a few marbles in his or her head and possesses good knowledge. Mike really does and motivates by positive, not negative, reinforcement. He never make you feel inadequate or incompetent and makes time fly with his funny antics and humor. Lord knows when you're getting your a$$ kicked you want it to go quickly. Mike truly loves personal training and it absolutely shows in the way he helps people like me improve their quality of life.
Went to one of Nicks bootcamps today and I am not only sore, but impressed. Not only did I get to work out in a fun fast pase group setting I also was able to recieve one on one help. The workout had a great flow to it with a build up and break down, I was also coached to reach a degree of intensity that I have not been able to get by working out alone. Great experience!!
Jenn is awesome!!! She kicked my butt into shape for my wedding a few years back and kept me motivated in between our sessions. I'd highly recommend her for her knowledge of fitness and her creativity that keeps you going. Shes got tons of tips and truly cares about your success.

No judgement honest and caring. These are all the qualities ypu expect and Jeff delivers. He's do motivating and does everything he can to make sure you are progressing. Top notch trainer! I could go all day about how great Jeff is.
I have been in Clark Arias's bootcamp for about three weeks and I have had nothing but a positive experience with him. He pushes you to do your best and he encourages you when you think you can't do anymore. He mixes the workouts up so you are not always doing the same thing. Clark is a very professional trainer and does a great job at getting you into shape.
Joey is the best at what he does! I would have never tought of me doing bootcamp but with Joey's training I am getting stronger everyday. Joey is patient and his routines are never boring! they are challenging and make my body feel great. I am very satisfied and happy with metamorFITsis and I'm definitely make it my life style!
Melody gave a bootcamp for myself and some friends. She was an excellent coach. Motivational, but kind and full of energy. I greatly enjoyed, as much as one can, the workouts she designed for us. I would recommend her to anyone who asks.
I will attempt to make a long journey short. I quit smoking 2 years ago this past summer after 25 damaging years. With that, I gained about 20 lbs. within several months time. After lots of consideration I decided to put my health and fitness goals as my #1 priority for once. I had the amazing support from my husband, family and friends. I started out with Carrissa with only twice a week private sessions then after several months joined her "Ranger Wives Almost World Famous Bootcamp"...I was in for the time of my life. Along with a few other local ladies we became well known around the Ranger gym and 6th RTB. By the end of our training when Carrissa and her wonderful family had to leave us, I had lost my gained weight, many un-missed inches from my body and lots of lbs of body fat. She taught me discipline, self-worth, courage, determination and most of all, a love of my body in any shape or form. I goal is to one day have amazing abs I can actually see not just feel. In addition to being a motivated trainer Carrissa really cares about each one of her clients individually and she will forever be a very good friend in my heart. Thank you for it all:)
