My boyfriend and I had reservations about hiring another personal trainer after our experience from the last one, Pree's can do attitude impressed us right away! After detailing the type of training we're looking for Pree directed us to Amol who came to our home to speak with us and address our concerns. In our first conversation, Amol was able to answer all of our questions, ease our concerns, and even educate us on some nutritional advice for the upcoming training sessions. One of the great things my boyfriend and I enjoy about training with Amol is that he's quick to adjust the workout for our needs, you definitely don't feel pressed for time as he spends the time you need working out and answering questions, and his motivation and engagement while training keeps our spirits high (even though the workout is kicking our butt)! We've been training with Amol for about two weeks now and we thoroughly enjoy it! Thanks Nirvana GYM!!!

Active and healthy lifestyle has always been part of me! But all this had new meaning, when I started to train with Neha. All these qualities makes her an exceptional personal trainer! I have been training with her for well over six years. She doesn't cease to amaze me. Recently, my teenage daughter, who plays basketball, started strength training with her!
I have been training with David for 2 months at my home. The hour sessions have exercises that are tailored to my level. Each training day the routine changes so it doesn't get boring. My stamina has increased & I feel better after training. David is knowledgable & fun to train with. David is always on time and flexible if the day and/or times need to be changed. Great trainer.
Steve is an amazing trainer! I am so happy with my experience so far. Steve has always been on time for our appointments and he comes to my house for training which makes everything easier for me! He is detail oriented with every exercise we do, which is very helpful for me. I have never been a great person at working out... I generally don't know what to do and I am not generally motivated on my own. Steve takes care of all of that! He is super motivating and is patient teaching me everything I need to know. I still work out with Steve and plan on continuing to do so!
I have been doing Laura's boot camp for almost 2 years now and love it! I am so much stronger with much more confidence & endurance. The groups are smaller than the chain bootcamps & she keeps a close eye on our form to avoid injury & maximize results. I have also received personal training from Laura and the sessions were always personalized, varied & easily modified for any issues I may have had. Laura is a positive, encouraging motivator who keeps the workouts new & interesting!
Foremost, I hate working out! But Tom and Nicole are extremely encouraging, and I looked forward to bootcamp each week. They made a custom plan for me when I needed alternate exercises and I started seeing results right away. I definitely recommend Tom and Nicole as personal trainers to help you achieve the best you.
I have known Mike Hughes for 11 years. I met him when he was a trainer at the World Gym, now Gold's, out on Bee Caves. After observing him training people I realized he knew more than any trainer I had ever encountered and I have been trained for years by high end trainers in Texas and California. I have switched gyms twice to keep training with him. Over the years I have come to know him well and I will personally vouch for his honesty and integrity besides being a great personal trainer.
Went to one of Nicks bootcamps today and I am not only sore, but impressed. Not only did I get to work out in a fun fast pase group setting I also was able to recieve one on one help. The workout had a great flow to it with a build up and break down, I was also coached to reach a degree of intensity that I have not been able to get by working out alone. Great experience!!
Jenn is awesome!!! She kicked my butt into shape for my wedding a few years back and kept me motivated in between our sessions. I'd highly recommend her for her knowledge of fitness and her creativity that keeps you going. Shes got tons of tips and truly cares about your success.

Joey is the best at what he does! I would have never tought of me doing bootcamp but with Joey's training I am getting stronger everyday. Melody gave a bootcamp for myself and some friends. She was an excellent coach. Motivational, but kind and full of energy. I greatly enjoyed, as much as one can, the workouts she designed for us. I would recommend her to anyone who asks.
I will attempt to make a long journey short. I quit smoking 2 years ago this past summer after 25 damaging years. With that, I gained about 20 lbs. within several months time. After lots of consideration I decided to put my health and fitness goals as my #1 priority for once. I had the amazing support from my husband, family and friends. I started out with Carrissa with only twice a week private sessions then after several months joined her "Ranger Wives Almost World Famous Bootcamp"...I was in for the time of my life. Along with a few other local ladies we became well known around the Ranger gym and 6th RTB. By the end of our training when Carrissa and her wonderful family had to leave us, I had lost my gained weight, many un-missed inches from my body and lots of lbs of body fat. She taught me discipline, self-worth, courage, determination and most of all, a love of my body in any shape or form. I goal is to one day have amazing abs I can actually see not just feel. In addition to being a motivated trainer Carrissa really cares about each one of her clients individually and she will forever be a very good friend in my heart. Thank you for it all:)
