- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees, we provide an initial quote based on the information you provide over the phone. We perform a walk thru when we arrive to make sure we address expectations, regarding stains and any areas you would like cleaned. We make sure that it lines up with our initial quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to ensure the customer knows that I am there to provide a great service. I ask questions regarding the size of the job, any additional stains or areas they would like me to focus on. I also ask about pets. When the job is finished, we perform a walk thru to make sure the customer is pleased with the service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A Very good friend, got me started in the carpet cleaning business, he owned a successful carpet cleaning business. I worked with him and he taught me a lot. He wanted to branch out into other ventures contracting, etc. And since I enjoy cleaning carpet and tile, I decided to keep at it and open my own company.
