Introduction: No matter what task I take on, I always look at the situation as if it were my own. For example if I am taking a virus off of a computer - I treat it as if it is my computer. This means that I take care not to lose valuable data - as in pictures and important documents, and also to keep hardware costs as low as possible, and expedite the repair to get you "back in business" quickly. Each and every person and task is just as important to me as if it were my own. There are several things about what I do that stand out as being AWESOME to me. Having picked up so many skills over the years, I am never bored! I love this service industry, though, mainly because I absolutely love meeting all of the people, and doing whatever I can to help. Everyone is so unique and diverse - and it's amazing.
