Michael Spinks took care of my divorce at 1/10 the price quoted to me by several other law offices. There was no drama, no stress. He simply filed the appropriate documents, completed the decree and met me at court to finalize the divorce. He was personable and funny. I enjoyed my short time with him. There were several typos on the decree, but I fixed them easily. No big deal. I would recommend Michael Spinks to even my closest friends.

Susan was very professional, courteous, and informative, as was her assistant, Rebecca. They will walk you the legal process from start to finish, and will make a difficult situation as easy as they can make it. Really, they are very pleasant and kind. And their fee is modest, all things considered. I don't think you're going to find a better or more pleasant bankruptcy attorney. I recommend her very highly.

I have had Mr Farrow-Smith write several documents for myself and family through the last few years. Everything from a simple property lease to a more complicated Will, which included my Living Will wishes and desires should my family ever be faced with having to make such heart breaking decisions. My personal Will had several complicated factors. I am remarried, have step children as well as step grandchildren. In addition I have one child and one grandchild and want to be sure their rights and my wishes are protected. Mr Farrow-Smith has always been able to prepare each document in a manner that my interest and desires have been completely protected. Each and every time I need a legal document he is my first call. His personal interest in my need as well as his broad knowledge base has always made me very confident in the completed document. I would highly recommend Mr Farrow-Smith as I'm sure you will find his knowledge, competence, together with his personal attention are surpassed by no other sources.

I needed someone flexible to help me with various things in preparation for my home being put on the market. Sissy has come in and helped me with sorting, packing, cleaning, and taking stuff to donate. She has helped me with hanging up all my laundry that had stacked up on me too. What I like most about having her is that she is willing to do whatever I need done, and after working with her 1-1 for only a day or two, I was able to turn her loose in various rooms and she made them look very presentable and she isolated items that probably needed "review" by me, etc. There were tons of boxes in storage that I told her to throw away and she even located a very expensive item that was small that was buried in all of that - most people would have just trashed it all. She is very thorough in her cleaning too and she is very efficient, a fast worker. I feel I'm definitely getting what I was hoping for and value.

I am a young professional in my mid 20's, I got pulled over during the end of January 2012, it was devastating having to go to jail for the first time ever. I was clueless on what was to proceed after my arrest. This is something I didn't take easy but I stayed strong throughout the process, for the year long period that it took to conclude my case (this is normal for DWI cases in Travis County). Having a respectful and CARING lawyer eased this process. I want to thank Mr. Libersat for being considerate to my case by providing me with information and immediate responses via phone or email. Jeff is knowledgeable and works hard to investigate every detail of your case. This was not an easy case, my case had a 50% chance of geting reduced, I did blow over the limit, but only at the scene and not at the station. Jeff worked hard to get it reduced. If you care about the results of your case it is important that you do diligent research on the lawyer you choose, because that is what the results of your case depend on. I had made the mistake of hiring a lawyer previous to Jeff Libersat, almost immediately after I got out of jail, just for the sake of having some information provided to me. I did not research him online before signing with him. Though he presented himself well, the reviews online for him made me insecure, that is when I switched to Jeff. I did not regret my decision shortly after the transfer was made - for I received a rude phone call from the previous lawyer expressing his unprofessional reaction. My advice is - if you're looking up this review, pick the right lawyer for you, one that you can trust, who makes you comfortable, that is what Jeff provided for me. Take a cab from now on.

I have known David for many years now and those of his abilities for retirement planning. I retained David to help me get ready for my upcoming retirement and estate review. David has a very good understanding of financial instruments, limitations, and forecasting outcomes.While nothing is for sure, he does lay out several options to take with existing assets.
