Introduction: Time Management: 95 percent of the time when a caterer fails is because of poor timing. We know exactly when to start cooking, how long we should hold food and how many employees are needed to maintain the timeline through out the event. We work closely with our clients (they become part of our team) to plan time from beginning to end. Plus my team loves me and you can taste it and see it throughout the whole event on how everything is staged and executed. Menu Planning is what I like mostly about my job. Is very exciting the first time I meet my clients and menu planning is how I bond with them.

Chef Vi has been a delight to work with from the very start. From the tasting to the price discussions to the catered meals, Chef has continually amazed us with her willingness to cooperate, eagerness to serve, and ability to go above and beyond expectations. Chef Vi serves a weekly dinner for 30 people on location. She is timely, well prepared, polished, and the meals are always delicious and served with a smile. Additionally, she has adopted adjustments to her menus, always from scratch, to accommodate food allergies and preferences. All in all, she has taken our event to the next level. Thank you, Chef Vi!!!

I found Chef Vi by lucky happenstance when we urgently needed to replace our previous caterer for a regularly-occurring event. I'm so glad I did! She, and her whole team, have been extremely professional, attentive, flexible, and creative in meeting our every need--even some of the wacky ones! The food is EXCEPTIONAL. They will work with any dietary needs or special requests. And the presentation and professionalism is off the charts compared to other caterers I have worked with.

We were completely delighted with our entire experience working with Chef Vi! Two months later we still hear our friends and family remark how the loved the food! Setting up the menu was fun (tastings!), the price was more than fair and we were able to customize our menu how we liked. Most importantly the day of went exceptionally smooth. I was told the bride and groom never get to eat but Chef Vi asked for our order ahead of time and brought our plates to our sweetheart table just as we sat down. I highly recommend the bacon chicken bacon. The wonton appetizer was also a huge hit.

Our Church had a marriage seminar with three course meal for our guests. Everybody loved the dishes prepared and the presentation. Chef Vi's attention to detail is excellent! What types of customers have you worked with?
I do Mainly weddings, however we recently started catering for corporations during the week as is really taking off. Our accounts came from guest that attended weddings that we have cater to.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did a five course meal for a wedding(plated) and the timing was on point the whole entire time. We were So proud that day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for a references, of not only clients but venues and other vendors they have worked with.
