Introduction: Austin Home Solutions offers staging and interior design services for residential and commercial projects. Staging services includes: * Consultation - For a flat fee according to the size of your house, Austin Home Solution will tour your home with you, take photos (with your permission) and write a room-by-room home staging report. This report lists detailed recommendations of all the things that we feel you should do in order to show better your property. With this report, you can immediately begin doing the work yourself to get your house ready to sell. * Bid Proposal- Austin Home Solution can use its expertise to professionally stage your home for you. We will tour your property with you and take photos (with your permission) and provide you will a flat-rate bid proposal for our services. The bid proposal includes recommendations for any necessary rental items, personal shopping, and/or accessory purchase fees. Once you accept my bid proposal and hire us to stage your home, we will talk about any cosmetic repairs you should do before we begin our work. This list may include packing, cleaning the carpets, patching and painting walls, and trimming landscaping. Once these basic tasks are completed by you, Austin Home Solutions will go to work staging your home. Other services include: * Home Staging to Live - Austin Home Solutions can update your current living environment and organize your space without you spending a lot of money. You do not have to sell your home to have it staged. We can stage your home to live by re-using your existing furnishings and accessories, or make suggestions for the purchase of new items, and create a whole new look. * New Homeowner Move-in/Set-up - Austin Home Solutions can help you arrange your furniture and accessories in a way that turns your new house into a comfortable and inviting home. * Vacant Properties - It is often difficult for buyers to envision how their furniture and accessories will look in a vacant space, or figure out the purpose of empty rooms. In vacant properties, buyers tend to focus on every imperfection.
