WE FINALLY FOUND A GREAT MAID SERVICE! At first, we liked the much cheaper lady we had, but after months of excuse after excuse, between her car breaking down and not showing up, to her kids being too sick to go to school so I'm bringing him with me (and his flu germs) to your house, to school being out and having our house full of her kids because there was no school in session, we were ready for a change. It was hard to let her go because we were dealing directly with a person and not a company, but her quality had slipped and we needed a change. You've Got Maids showed up in teams of 2 maids and got to work immediately after they got to our house. They also bring their own supplies, which my husband loves because now he isn't running to WalMart to get stuff the night before the cleaning lady comes, or having to wait until next week before it is cleaned correctly because we ran out of a cleaner and nobody told us. We pay a little more for the service, but the peace of mind (especially with a husband who is in law enforcement) and their 100% guarantee is definitely worth it for us. We would recommend them 100%!! In the end, you get what you pay for

We first hired You've Got Maids to do the 52-point Spring Cleaning. Three workers worked for 4 hours and did a great job. We were pleased enough to sign on for a monthly service. Now, two workers come for two hours once a month. They're careful and listen closely to the customers' needs. We're especially pleased to know that the workers are bonded and insured: we've never needed to use that, but it's nice to know we're covered.

Hourly Clean Special - 2.5 Hours of Maid Service for $169. With this service you choose what you want to clean with the specified time allowed. It can be a general cleaning, or a focused cleaning. We often have different promotions and specials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just call in to get a quote! After answering just a few questions about your home and cleaning needs, we can get you scheduled the same day... We bring all of the supplies and equipment needed for the job, and our team preforms a walk-through of the home after each first-time appointment to ensure 100% satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before joining our family, each home cleaner is professionally trained to be an expert in the detailed, comprehensive house cleaning services we provide. Each Maids must successfully complete our Maid University Training Program, designed to help the home cleaner gain a fundamental understanding of residential house cleaning.
