I am Functional Aging Institute Certified as well as a Silver Sneakers Instructor. I train clients at my house or yours. I have malignant high blood pressure as well as low blood pressure. I never know when the BP will drop. When it does, I cannot work out standing up. Gina has a regimen to work with my issue and we roll right into floor exercises and weights when I have an episode. No matter what your exercise needs are, she will devise several routines to tone, sculpt and help with weight loss. I am amazed what I can do now. I have been going to her more than 3 years. I am so proud to have my muscle definition back and the ability to lift 40 pound bags of bird seed. Gina really cares about my health and offers meal options and a program to follow. She has become more than a personal trainer, she is my caring friend.

I was on the lookout for a motivated personal trainer who would help me meet my weight loss goals. I had faced some bad experiences before with personal training at corporate gyms where I invested a lot of money but gained nothing in return. I decided to go with Gina as I was impressed by her professionalism, experience, commitment to her customers and more importantly, the fact that she cares. She designs custom-workouts for her customers, depending on their age, body build, dietary habits and any limitations that they may have. She is flexible but has a firm hand at the same time. We have group nutrition accountability meetings where we get to interact with others who are on various fitness journeys. Finally, I have to mention the 'personal' touch that she gives to each of her clients. That is her best selling point. Thank you Gina!

Regina has been wonderful. I really needed motivation to get up and start working out. She is such a great support and personalized my work out routines to me. They are fun and not boring!!     All new clients undergo a detailed fitness assessment, i.e. weight, height, body measurements, blood pressure, BMI, body fat %, physical fitness tests, etc.
