  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Eco Steam of Texas provides residential and commercial carpet cleaning services to residents and businesses located North Texas. With the safeguard of our local environment in mind, our goal is to provide you with exceptional & outstanding carpet cleaning services right here at home. Even though we utilize bio-degradable and eco friendly products, our technicians never use storm drains to get rid of waste water. This practice and similar practices directly impact our creeks, rivers and ultimately our lakes. Our trucks carry a supply of fresh water for the cleaning process and carry return tanks for captured waste so we can dispose of it properly. We look forward to earning the confidence of new customers & connecting with some old friends again. Hope to hear from you soon!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Various carpet manufactures & mills have specific instructions that you must follow in order maintain the warranty on your carpets. Purchasing new carpets is a big investment. All too often we hear stories from various home and business owners that their warranties were no longer valid because manufacture specifications and instructions were not followed. We recommend that you carefully study and read your carpets warranty. If you did not receive warranty instructions, contact your carpet manufacture and obtain a copy. Most manufactures have specific instructions that you must follow. Some examples include but are not limited to: · How often you must properly deep clean your carpets. · The type of equipment you must use to clean your carpets. · What type of solutions must be used, or no solution. Certain carpets can only be rinsed with pure water. · How often you should vacuum your carpets. These are some examples of what a majority of manufactures require you to abide by. The good news is most manufactures and mills have an association with CRI (The Carpet and Rug Institute). More information can be found at http://carpet-rug.org/index.cfm.
