We were thrilled that we were able to get someone out here on a Saturday. They didn't charge extra for the weekend, they were right on time, explained everything and got the job done quickly. I would definitely hire them again

Sink or Faucet Repair
Quick response- thank you. Guys were on time- thank you. I got my quote to install 2 faucets 1 set of shut off valves and 2 p-traps. I’m supplying all the parts so this is just labor. No demo to be done. Over $650.00. I jokingly asked the guy how the person who makes this pricing sleeps at night charging 650.00 per hour because I know it’s gonna take less than an hour to put this together. Even at $325.00 per plumber is outrageous. The response was well- what would you like to pay and I’ll see if my manager will approve it...wait what? At this point I just said charge me the 59.00 fee and I’ll have someone else do the work. I’m still a little confused if this is good business practice or not. Give a high price and then say well...what would you like to pay? After I paid the fee the main guy says.... Let me guess this is your first house? No it’s my 7th. When I closed on my last house 2 weeks ago I had to replace 2 faucets and plumbing at 180.00 per faucet and that included demo. Haven’t you had plumbing done before...I just said yes. Yes and my kitchen sink install last week was much less and done by a local plumbing company. Then I said the labor rate per hour to install an a/c unit cost me less. The conversation went south from there and ended with him telling me to call the company that installed my sink...I will. Thank you. End of story. Both faucets are installed and I didn’t pay anywhere near the “over 650.00” I know everyone is in business to make money and people will pay this amount. I’m just not one of them. I appreciate the upfront pricing and communication. Maybe next time.
Dec 8, 2020VerifiedGO Heating, Air & Plumbing's replyHi Brian, Our goal is to have happy customers, and unfortunately this is a training opportunity for our staff in regards to handling different situations. 1. You should not have been charged the $59 if it was for a quote, therefore we have processed an immediate refund to the card used. 2. When discussing pricing with you an employee should never speak that way, and should be courteous and professional. 3. As far as price goes... By no means do you have to use licensed and insured plumbers to do your work, I understand you may feel the price is high, however I assure you we work night and day to stay competitive for the services and backing we offer. It takes a long time for a plumber to earn their license and continuous upkeep to maintain it, we charge a fair market rate for apples to apples service and cannot compete with what a handyman may do as they have no license. Insurance cost are very high in the industry due to liability as well to cover you in the event something does not go right. I appreciate that you took the time to leave this review and there are some action items we can take to continue to improve. Thank you!
