Tim, I apologize for the issues with your project. My guys were trying to finish as it was getting dark and they should not have done that. Overall, the fence stain looks good. Sounds like there was a mix up with what you wanted at the bottom of the fence. I know what your neighbor had on their fence and was trying to explain that mix up to you. I didn't need to look at the neighbor's fence because I do this for a living and I know what you wanted after you clarified. I called you and emailed you to explain what happened and offered to come change it for you. This was a simple fix and I feel this got blown way out of proportion. I tried to make it right with you but you did not want us to.

Larry, We do apologize for the delay with your project and for the initial quality issues. I explained to you that I hired a new crew that on paper and in the interview sold me on the fact that they were experienced and great at fence restoration. This was not the case, and I immediately came out to meet you in order to make it right once I realized they had done bad work on your fence. I then sent out a crew to make it right. Your HOA approved the work and you paid in full so I'm not sure how that means we didn't stand by our work and make it right for you. Again, I do apologize for your frustrations but am glad we could make it right the best we could. Yes, we do have one negative review on the BBB in 3 years of business, which we did resolve, and personally feel that customer was not pleas-able. We do over 500 fences a year so one out of 1500+ means we absolutely take pride in our work and are doing something right. Regards, Rocky
