Cal is a fantastic trainer and great to work with. He is truly a professional who is incredibly knowledgeable and is a great motivator to give that extra push you need to keep going when you think you can't do anymore. Workouts were pretty intense but he perfectly knew where to stop to keep me continuously motivated and not exhausted. I love that each session is totally different from the last one with a new challenge every time so I never get bored or fall into a routine. He gives great advise and suggestions, always watching every minute of the session making needed corrections or tweaking the exercise to suit my needs. I have lost weight, toned muscle and feel stronger that I have ever felt before. He is hands down one of the best trainers that I highly recommend.

I have worked with Cal for years - both as a client and co-worker - and he is without a doubt the best Personal Trainer, mentor and all-around amazing person! His extensive knowledge and people skills give him the ability to transform absolutely anyone from where they are to where they want to be. And the best part - he is fully committed to each and every client he trains! He truly is the best of the best!

Cal is an amazing trainer who easily connects with his clients regardless of fitness level. His workouts are hard, but fun. He provides nutritional advice in addition to training. Overall Cal makes you feel like you are his only client and want nothing but the best for you.

Cal is an amazing trainer! I've been a client of his for quite some time and couldn't be happier with my results and all the knowledge i gained along the way. He is so professional and does an excellent job of customizing work outs based on your personal goals. Working out with Cal was hands down the best investment I've ever made.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have loss all of my grandparents, parents and 10 uncles over the last couple of decades to chronic illness. I have a strong desire to show others the power exercise and nutrition has on your health and well being.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    That my programs are based off science and not guess work. If you follow the plan you will get results unless there is an underlying medical issue.
