We came in from Virginia to deliver a good friend's dying request to repair his mother's failing home. When we arrived, we realized we'd need more help than we anticipated. Mo and his team did an excellent job finishing our hardwood floor stairs from staining the stair noses to match our existing floors, caulking gaps in our floors left by our other contractors, and fixing some squeaky floor boards. They were able to finish everything in one day and left our house extremely clean. Highly recommend.

  Everything sold by the square foot (materials only or installed)

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We either visit with samples or customer visits us to make selections and get some samples, our estimates are free and we don't apply any pressure, then when order is given we schedule a time for the work to be performed and only expect payment upon satisfactory completion, nothing upfront!

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I've been doing this 25 years so whatever can be done in this business I've done from sales, installation, warehousing and dispatching, claims so I really have done it all
