- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each job individually based on the needs of our client. We do not charge by the the hour or the square footage. We focus on quality vs quantity. We provide the highest level of customer service possible for prices that are competitive in the industry today.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform a pre-project walk thru of the premises and discuss the clients expectations regarding the work to be performed and the expected completion date. Once the walk thru is completed we present a detailed outline of the scope of the work being done along with corresponding prices so our customers have a choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service business my entire career. I have managed numerous home furnishings stores and provided interior design service for over 15 years. I have managed a career, raised a family, run my own business and owned a number of homes myself over the years and I understand the amount of hard work and money that goes into providing a home you can be proud of.
