- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 3% surcharge for all debit and credit card transactions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is what we do! Our process to always determine what the customers needs are 1st. We look to speak with the customer to gauge their needs and then meet on-site to perform a walkthrough to confirm the conversations from the previous discussions. Once the estimate is provided and approved a service date is agreed upon and scheduled. The customer is updated on the process and payment is received once the customer signs off on the job.

15 years of Facility Management experience, estimating projects across multiple cities and states. Extensive work with customers from fortune 100 companies.
