Good speakers are hard to find so when I found Peggy Edge, I hit the jackpot! Rebecca, thank you so very much for your detailed review of my presentation skills and endorsement.
Peggy is the most understated powerhouse business expert I have come across. She knows how to market, really market (not the fluffy fell-good stuff) and how to run a lean business. She is wrote the book on business networking and leveraging business relationships. Oh, and she is actually experienced through running several successful businesses (rather than just knowing it on paper). Bring her in as a consultant to turn your business around, as a speaker to give your group insight, or as a networker, mentor, and coach.Mar 27, 2015Edge Consultants's reply
Thank you Sherry for the review. It's great to see how others see me and become my silent sales force in the marketplace. That's what networking is truly all about.
Peggy is a dynamic speaker holding her audience's attention with a wealth of knowledge to share regarding business networking. I have heard her speak several times and her material is always fresh with new ideas, exercises, and take away tips. Absolutely excellent engaging the audience!Mar 27, 2015Edge Consultants's reply
Judy, thanks for the review. It has been great working you recently as your coach. I look forward to how I can help you grow your business.
Peggy is a dynamic, charismatic presenter. She is well versed on many topics - but her expertise is in networking and sales practices. She has a unique approach to her presentations - with lots of positive energy and years of sales experience. I highly recommend Peggy Edge!Jul 7, 2015Edge Consultants's reply
Deb, thank you for the review.
Peggy Edge has been a guest presenter for the Holistic Chamber of Commerce on two separate occasions and each time she was fantastic! Peggy's presentation style is easy and generous, her material is spot on and is presented with professionalism and humor. You absolutely get the feeling that she cares about people (because she does) and she knows what she is talking about (because she does!) She is truly an expert in the field of networking, packaging, and solving problems and when she talks she gives you the confidence to know that you are an expert in your field, too! Peggy is awesome!Jul 14, 2015Edge Consultants's reply
Thank you Kathy. I don't recognize myself here but appreciate your kind words. Peg
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For my coaching, speaking, training and consulting clients my price is in line with others who offer the same services in the area. I offer some discounts whereby they can purchase coaching in block time and use that in 30-60-90 minute increments as they need. My packaging offerings are very competitive with others in my service area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially, I like to meet 1-1 in person to review exactly what they want to accomplish and how I can best be of service to them. This allows both of us to determine if we are a good fit for one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, I am a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and have just completed their Speakers Academy and attended the national convention which is 5 days of continuing education. I have finished a class on TED talks--how to do mini speeches. In September, 2015, I started another class with the NSA on Speaker Business Tools--Social Media, Branding yourself as a Speaker, Stagecraft, Contract Negotiation and Intellectual Property. I recently completed a coaching program and am now a Certified Professional Coach.
