FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on your location. In-home training for a 1-on-1 session starts at $65. I am happy to provide discounts for referrals and long term commitments (ie:12 mos). Factors to consider that may alter your initial quote include time of day (peak travel hours) and also the addition or subtraction of people from your session (partner/small group training).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually arrange a meeting at a local coffee shop or via FaceTime/Skype once the initial contact has been made online. This is typically my ice-breaker prior to our first session so you are able to put a face to name and feel more comfortable going into our first workout. Prior to this, you will receive a questionnaire to be filled out so that I can ask more in depth questions related to your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both a BS and MS in Kinesiology from UT and TWU, respectively. I am currently pursuing additional certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I am also set to finish my Precision Nutrition, Level 1 Certification by January 2019. I currently have a Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
