- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is discussed upfront and there are NO surprises. Depending on the scope of your work, it can be hourly or a fixed price. Either way, we are happy to work out the details in our first meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to have a phone call or meeting to discuss their vision and expectation for their project. Together we can mix passion with professionalism to help scope your idea into a reality.
