- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing should be pretty standard across our field, so the biggest part is getting a good quote. Our company will come out at any time and give you a free quote on your home and the repairs or remodeling you want done. They will also bring materials to help you when making decisions and offer expert advice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with the homeowner, do a thorough inspection of the property, and take pictures of any damage we find. We want our homeowners to see the damage, not just take our work for it.Once we have determined the amount and type of damage, we sit with our homeowners and give them realistic options for their property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend training every year to stay current on our materials that we commonly use, as well as training that will just make us stronger as a company. We just finished a week long OSHA training course. We attended a seminar at the Atlas Roofing plant where we learned more about their products and how they are made. We have several classes coming up in the next few months, such as an attic ventilation class, and we always stay in communication with the companies whose products we use.
