- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have my set pricing but I offer group discounts. Travel depends on distance. Deposits are required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get a clear understanding of what exactly my clients want, so I ask a lot of question, and ask for pictures of examples. Once we are on the same page as the look you're wanting, I usually set up a time for a trial. Trials are extra and are not required but highly recommended. Deposits, waivers and contracts signatures are required for all appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All our stylist are licensed and certified. We all have years of experience and are extremely passionate about our craft. I myself have been doing hair and makeup for over 15 years, I went to Regency Beauty Institute for Cosmetology, worked for MAC and Sephora for many years before branching out on my own and freelancing, done countless fashion runway show, photoshoots, been published in many international magazines, done many weddings, quinceaneras, and all kinds of special events. Im also certified in eye lash extensions, microblading, power brows, ombre brows, and spray tanning.
