- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The base price and then additional cost for restoration cleaning ie… heavy soil , hard stains and pet stains along with odor removal from carpet , tile and upholstery. Free estimates are always provided pre- cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation , set appointment ,arrive on time , pre-inspection , go over the job and cost , then get the job done in an efficient manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC /Certified carpet cleaner.
