I scheduled an appointment for an upholstery cleaning and received a very basic cleaning on my couch. The technician sprayed a cleaning solution on my couch and used a rag to scrub the cloth which did not remove the stains. I was expecting a better cleaning method such as a machine that could really soak into the fabric to remove the stains but I received a service that I could've completed myself with a simple rag and cleaning solution. I initially scheduled my appointment for 5pm, I received a text the day of my appointment that the technician would arrive at 5:40 however, he did not make it until 6pm. The technician was friendly but I was VERY disappointed with the service.

They always do a very good upholstery cleaning job and the price is very reasonable!

I got a used electric recliner that I noticed smelled really bad when I brought it home. Did some research and found out that the recliner is originally a $1,800 power lift zero gravity chair! Was restored to clean along with my gently used sectional. Very Happy!!! 😃

I have a huge fabric sectional and two dogs. I needed my sectional cleaned because it started to smell like dogs (ew!). They came out on time and did a great job. I will definitely use them again in the future.
