I’m personal training with Lori twice a week and I see a huge improvement in my body - looks more toned and she helps me excercise the target areas that need the most work. She’s an absolutely awesome motivational workout teacher, also has gotten me to workout on my own on days when I don’t see her and I enjoy every second of it now.
