Experienced Handyman with years of construction background. PLEASE READ!! : I CHARGE $100.00 for the first hour, then 85.00 per hour after that and bill in half hour increments AFTER the first hour. I previously operated my business in the Tampa area, and had 35+ 5 star reviews. I hang my hat on being prompt, communicating, and doing exactly what I say I will do. I don't mess around, I don't talk on the phone. I get in, get out and do my work timely. If I milked the clock, I wouldn't get 5 star reviews. PLEASE do not select me for flooring or anything I can’t reach with a 6’ ladder!!!!

Excellent work. He was on time , not on the phone, didn’t charge an arm & leg . He changed my existing dining room light , also evened out my cabinet pulls because two were uneven from prior work of another handyman. I didn’t expect perfect because the holes had to be moved (made bigger) but it was way better than obvious uneven handles . The photos are his work . Very happy. Thank you.

I charge by the hour, but i promise, you’ll never feel as though I was milking the clock. I get in, get my work done and get out. I offer a discount for cash.
