Prior to coming to Shauna l, I've allowded serval "certified tax preparers" to prepare and file my taxes. I never understood what information was used to a certain extent and three times I've had to pay back the IRS due to errors. Ms. Shauna was the total opposite, she took the time to teach me how my taxes prepared correctly consisted of and advised me on how to prepare for my taxes throughout the year!!! I'm extremely satisfied with her services and would recommend EVERYONE to go to Shauna to prepare their taxes!
From my initial request for service, to the completion of the task, Matthew was extremely pleasant and cooperative. He was quick to respond with his very competitive rate, eager to make the trip to my location, helpful with scheduling on my timeline and ok with performing the work in my parking lot, due to the fact that my home was being remodeled. Matthew was easy to work with and amenable to an additional last minute document needing to be notarized (even gave us a great deal on that one). Came equipped for the job - was thoughtful enough to bring pens for us to use. Payment was simple, and overall I was extremely satisfied.
