- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service On Command knows that there is not a "one size fits all" when it comes to the cost for your needs. So we created a Good | Better | Best option for you. Good - This is our basic option with monthly inspections. You can expect issues to be resolved on a monthly basis or sooner. Better - We increase our inspections to every other week. You can expect issues to be resolved on a bi-weekly basis or sooner. Best - With this option we are inspecting weekly. Expect issues to be resolved on a weekly basis or sooner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with them face to face and tour there building and ask questions as to what there current issues are or have been and what expectations do they have. Once we have the square footage, frequency of service and clients desires we are able to submit a detailed quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dallas has over 16 years experience as a healthcare janitorial executive. He's overseen some of the nations top medical facilities and achieved numerous awards. Of the nations 5,000 hospitals he was able to achieve top 10% in customer review for cleanliness at multiple locations in multiple states! Ginger started her cleaning business in 2008 and in 2017 she decided to bring her clients over to Service On Command. She is our Vice President and works closely with our team to ensure the attention to detail is never missed.
