- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re for sure not the cheapest but we’re also not the most expensive. We do offer discounts to our members and military vets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give them the best customer service we can provide. Make sure they love us so they can keep calling us back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the license holder. We must take continuous education for business and field work. Along with tech training from manufactures and making sure we’re up to date with new products.
