I used this firm for my divorce, and was impressed with the customer service. My case manager was available for me to discuss any issues with less stress. I am thankful Thumbtack brought them to me. I am considering hiring them for my out of country adoption case.Mar 14, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most of my family law services are based on retainer basis and billed hourly for my work. A retainer is an advance payment that an attorney charges a client to start the representation of his/her case. An attorney normally bills the client on hourly basis. Attorney will also the bill the client for any expenses, including mailing, printing, copies, and other similar stuff. As an attorney my hourly fee is $350, and the amount of retainer is based on the type, amount of work needed, and County where the case is filed. I also offer a fixed price package for uncontested divorce filed in Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, and Denton counties of Texas. These prices are $675 for Dallas, $1000 for Collin, $1500 for Tarrant and Denton counties. To get an accurate estimate about my fees for your particular situation, contact me with the details of your case. I do offer convenient installment plans and accept all major credit cards.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have helped my clients with filing affordable uncontested divorces in Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, and Denton Counties; filing their complicated contested divorces involving assets, debt, disputes regarding custody and visitation; child support issues involving drafting child support agreements, enforcement of existing child support agreements, and retroactive child support; adoption of children inside and outside US; and disputes regarding parental rights.
