Hi Tucker! We are thrilled to have you as a customer and enjoy working with you as well! Our repeat customers are like family to us so we always enjoy getting to come and visit!
These guys just continue to impress me. We had a problem that came up during the tile work and they were quick to get in touch with me, suggested options and walked me through what would make the most sense for my project. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know!Apr 25, 2017VerifiedJill B.'s reply

Very happy with Ronnie's workmanship, very nice work. Heather and James were easy to work with, kept in touch and stayed on top of everything. Answered all my questions quickly. Worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Will use again.Apr 7, 2017VerifiedJill B.'s reply
Thank you for your review! We are very happy that you were pleased with your technician and look forward to providing you services again in the future!
I asked for caulking around my shower tile but he said I should get a new shower built and the lady mentioned I had other items to be repaired. I couldn't think of many, but I did ask for an estimate for a couple of minor things since he didn't do the tile work. He then said he would have to charge me $150 for the visit even though no work had been done! So I asked him to go ahead and caulk the shower tiles anyway.. He did a quick and not very thorough job. Not pleased at all with this company's pricing or services!!Sep 10, 2016VerifiedJill B.'s reply
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We apologize that your service call didn't go well, Our office manager will be calling you shortly to see what we can do to resolve the problems and hopefully give you a better experience.
It was a good job other than he should have calk the holes for a finished job.Sep 5, 2016VerifiedJill B.'s reply
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Our sincerest apologies, we must have misunderstood your needs on this job. We were under the impression that the job was completed to your satisfaction, there must have been some miscommunication about how we operate. We bill by the hour so we are happy to do as much or as little as our customers needs and our technician was under the impression that you wanted to handle the paint and caulking the holes is normally associated with painting. If you would like, we would be more than happy to return to do additional work and we have immediate openings on our schedule. We will call immediately to follow up but if we can't reach you right away, we hope you will take the time to call us back!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Artisans Home Repair is a Time and Materials based company. This means that the customer only pays for services that are done for them in their home and only pays for the exact time it takes to get the job done. There is a one hour minimum of $145.00 and after that billing is $95.00 an hour, split into 15 minute increments so if our tech only works for 2 hours and 15 minutes on your project then you are only paying for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Materials are all billed as line items on the invoice so you can see exactly what you are paying for and can see that there isn't any hidden fees or price gouging. We pride ourselves on being as helpful and honest as possible with our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Continuing education is required in many fields and home repairs is no exception. There are many new products available on a regular basis that allow us to provide the highest quality work on your project and staying on top of what those new developments are is one of the keys to our success.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Small "micro-contracting" jobs involving repairs to their homes that the homeowner either doesn't want to do themselves, doesn't know how to do or would prefer a professional to handle.
