Introduction: I am an experienced tutor to help middle school and high school students succeed in their Math classes and standardized tests. SAT and ACT Math prep are also available.
Mathematics skills are like muscles and need exercise to improve. I strongly believe students must devote time and energy to working on problems in order to succeed in their Math classes and on standardized tests. A tutor is not a substitute for a student putting in the Math work.
My role as a tutor is to present Math principles, terms and techniques then guide the student over the rocky spots.
