My mom, sister, daughter and myself traveled to Fort Worth for a family function. We were all either stressed, tired or had muscle soreness and wanted massages. None of us were from the area so didn't know who to call AND we wanted the massages at our hotel. We found Tony. I didn't expect much because his rates were much lower than I was accustomed to paying. Was I mistaken!!! It was one of the best massages ever. Three days later my back still is relaxed and has not tensed back up. My 77 year old mother was slightly tentative because she had never had a massage. He was wonderful with her. He was very professional, polite, and explained details in order to ease her mind. She loved it!! We look forward to booking Tony whenever he travels to Houston. I've had countless massages and am picky and spoiled to great massage therapists. Tony ranks up there at the top!!

John is a very gifted and intuitive massage therapist. I have worked with him for over 4 years on a regular (every 2 weeks) basis for 2 1/2 hour sessions. Needless to say, at this point he knows exactly what my body, mind, and spirit need although we chat about my current needs before each massage. Remembering my first experiences with John, he put me at ease from the start, making certain that I was having the best massage experience possible. Being a woman, the thought of working with a male therapist was a little unnerving at first. But it quickly became apparent that John was the best therapist out there. John pays a great deal of attention to the details of each massage, very carefully setting up the room so that I am completely comfortable. It is clear that he considers each massage an honor not just another job. The warm oil and the aromatherapy that he incorporates are awesome! I honestly cannot come up with suggestions for improvements...John is always open to feedback. I wish that everyone who is seeking massage therapy has the opportunity to get to know John.

Parkinson's has made my husband's muscles very rigid. This causes his posture to bend, his shoulders and arms to curl, and his head to be angled downward. After months of intense PT, the rigidity was unchanged. Within the first week of Rodney's focused massages, my husband's affected muscles were noticeably lengthened, and he was able to improve his posture (and outlook) remarkably. Rodney continues to target affected muscle groups; he is integrated in an overall plan which includes me, the caregiver, doctor, and physical therapist. We can't believe how much difference Rodney has made.

I did a Couples massage in my home with Dez and the partner she hired to help her. They arrived timely, did a quick consultation for our trigger points, and then did the massages. Dez works quietly which is what I prefer. Dez and her partner were professional. The massages were excellent. Her initial description included hot stones but I was disappointed they didn't use any for our massages. By the time I realized that, it was too late. So I recommend you confirm everything the massage includes before you start. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I have previously worked with Katie at massage envy. After leaving massage envy I found it extremely hard to find a good consistent therapist who took their work and your well being serious. I had been very satisfied with my sessions with Katie previously, and was thrilled when I realized she was in business for herself. There was no question that I found a therapist who I could depend on and make my regular therapist. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. Katie has helped relieve my extreme muscle tension and helped me get back on track with daily tasks. I highly recommend Katie.

Grace listened and was wonderful at educating me about what was going on with my body. She did a great assessment about what areas I wanted her to focus on, and talked me through what she was doing. I've had two facet injections and one round of trigger point injections, and her work led to a big improvement in my pain.

Andrea has been an exceptionally caring therapist these past months for me. She will often take longer on me if she feels I am needing it. Many of my past therapists have been just out to make money, but she is motivated by genuine care and a desire to help!

As a long-time loyalist of massage therapy with an SI joint injury, I feel uniquely qualified to recommended Nancy Mayes, who has served as my personal massage therapist for the past 2 years. Nancy is a consummate professional who is highly respectful and dependable. She stays up-to-date with the latest massage teachings, using a holistic approach as she incorporates essential aromatherapy and hot packs to maximize the experience she creates. Nancy tailor-makes sessions to meet the needs of her clients using a variety of unique techniques. I truly appreciate that she makes it a point to focus on my ailments first, consistently resulting in my immediate relief. Last year, Nancy incorporated a lower back stretch in each monthly "treatment" - which happens to be one of my favorite parts of the massage. I always look forward to it as it actually feels better than physical therapy. If you are looking for a strong, gentle soul with a gift of healing, look no further! Simply put, Nancy is genuinely passionate about what she does, and her commitment to her craft shows.

I am a Gulf war Disabled Combat Veteran who suffered a broken back in 1991 and again in 2005. I went to Angela Cajas at Bella Vi Massage Therapy to see if she could do something about the constant pain I was in. After 4 one hour sessions with Angela, My backaches have subsided immensely. She explained my muscle problems and helped me learn to straighten my back more often and was able to explain that my posture has caused other muscle problems which caused swelling and pain. She did note that my back muscles have been knotted for sometime and after she was able to perform trigger point therapy, my lifestyle has improved. I recommend Angela Cajas to anyone who needs a therapeutic massage to alleviate their pain. Bravo Zulu Bella Vi. You have given me back "The good life".

I have chronic upper back pain from being on a computer all day and carrying stress in that area. Ryan worked on pressure points and upper back muscles to address the areas of pain and I felt a huge difference after two sessions. I feel better than I have in years and have noticed less pain and tension in the upper back. I have finally found someone who can help me after trying various massage therapists, a chiropractor and a physical therapist and giving up.

As a Physical Therapist I am very careful who I go to for a massage. I've been to a lot of massage therapists over the years, most leaving me disappointed. However, Nicci surpassed my expectations and impressed me with her knowledge and skill. I like that she uses a variety of techniques (reflexology, energy balancing, trigger point release among others) and seems to know right where the hot spots are on your body. She's not "wierd" or too soft or too heavy-handed. I'm excited to finally find someone who can help me make some lasting changes to the musculoskeletal pain I've acquired over the years. She is so good at putting someone at ease with her genuine care for people and her wonderful sense of humor. Can't wait for my next session!

About

I provide a natural healing alternative to reducing chronic pain, specializing in trigger-point relief. Did you know? Trigger points are the primary cause of pain at least 75 percent of the time and are a factor in nearly every painful condition. Trigger points can occur as a result of muscle trauma (from car accidents, falls, sports- and work-related injuries, etc.), muscle strain from repetitive movements at work or play, postural strain from standing or sitting improperly for long periods at the computer, emotional stress, anxiety, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, and toxins in the environment. A single event can initiate a trigger point, and you can suffer the effects for the rest of your life if that trigger point is not addressed properly.

Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
