- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Meals are moderately priced but can go up according to the food items, i.e., lobster, shrimp, steak, prime rib, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once initial contact has been established a Q&A phone or email conversation is had whereby venue location, food choices, date, time, etc. are discussed. A quote is then sent via email to the customer to review, sign or revise. Customer is then given a time-frame to decide if they accept the quote and it is then returned to the business owner for review and to initiate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been cooking for the last 20 plus years. I've owned/operated a dessert business (Jan's Sweet Sensations) which is the subsidiary of Jan's Plated Provisions.
