Introduction: If you want a compassionate, holistic, consulting and certified nutritionist and health coach, I'm your person. I am passionate about good health through food. My belief is that food is the major factor in taking control of our health and well-being which includes preventive care. With over 14 years of experience working with private and corporate clients, I meet with individuals, company associates and families create and facilitate classes and courses for education and instruction on how to eat to regain and sustain good health, weight management, meal planning and preparation, shopping tours and supplementation when needed. Together, we get great results! Learning how and what to shop for is one key to living well, even on a budget! I help you stretch your food dollar and spend it on meals that heal and keep you well. My phone coaching helps you get on and stay with your individualized program. Accountability really works for you. My clients include company presidents, ski instructors, photographers, receptionists, teachers and a variety of retired people who have valid concerns for their health and that of their families.
