- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing for certain items are on the website but specific catering prices will be quoted and drawn out in a contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I want to establish a good working relationship and get to know specifically what they want immediately. We'll have a few conversations about that, I share my website information if they have not already visited it, we'll talk general logistics such as date, time and place of event as well as the type of event...i.e., theme etc., my specific role, financials and contract negotiations and we'll coordinate a formal meeting date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My business was established in 2004. I have a Business DBA License. I'm creatively self taught with some cooking courses under my belt. From a business perspective I have a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Management.
